How will I study French?

This summer camp in France offers an authentic French immersion experience, as most of the coaches, teachers, and campers (90%) are French. International students can participate in sports practices and social activities alongside their French counterparts. These camps provide a genuine French immersion summer program for high school students. International participants must have a minimum French level (2 years of French studies) to interact with the other campers and understand what the coach says.

On the first day, students take a level test so that teachers can adapt their course to the student's language level. Levels usually go from low intermediate to high intermediate. Qualified native French teachers teach all lessons. Students attend 3 hours of French every afternoon during weekdays.

Excursions and other activities are organized in the evening and at the weekend.

Once the sports day is over, it's time for rest and recreation.

Each evening, the children can participate in recreational activities that will bring the day to a happy end. These activities are usually held in larger groups and the goal is to create a community spirit within the center. They are designed, implemented, and supervised by our certified counselors. The sports coaches will also participate to share great moments with the children!

The teams set up evening activities adapted to the children's age, interests, weather, and the group's energy levels.

French & Sports Training summer camp in France : Testimonials

The experience as a whole was fantastic, what I enjoyed most was all the new people I got to meet.

I loved the riding camp! The horses were super well cared for and the trainers were very kind.

(15)

I learned a lot in the French courses with my classmates. We did everything together. We studied, played and ate.

(14)

My parents came with me and dropped me off at tennis camp. The first few minutes I felt very sad. But when I got to my room and met Marie, everything changed. I will always be grateful for her kindness. The camp director was also very attentive to me and the other international students in the French courses. The courses were in groups. The French teacher was very kind, attentive and patient. Days at the camp go by very quickly! Next week is my second week at camp and I don't want to leave!

(13)

Excellent basketball camp! I speak little French, if I hadn't needed the courses, I would have booked only the basketball camp program without the courses. It's much more fun to play than to study, but I still learned new phrases!
