I had an amazing experience during my one-month stay in South Korea as a 17 year old student. It was not only a great opportunity to improve my Korean language skills, but also to learn more about the culture and daily life.

I met many kind and welcoming people, and I was able to build meaningful connections that I still keep in touch with. The whole experience was very well organized, and I felt safe and supported throughout my stay.

Living in Korea for a month helped me become more independent and open-minded. I would definitely recommend this program to other students who want to challenge themselves, experience a new culture, and grow personally.

As a 10th-grade student in Germany, I had the opportunity to travel to another country, and I chose to travel for two months to Korea.
The experience was great! I attended an cultural arts high school where I was able to take different classes than the regular curriculum in Germany. I had the opportunity to choose Swimming, Badminton, and sports theory, but there many more options. My teachers were amazing, very interested, and although English was not their strong suit, they went above and beyond to help me understand and make my experience unforgettable.
In addition to all the classes, during the weekends, I was able to travel to new cities like Seoul, Busan, Gyeongju-si. All these trips were covered by the program and helped me get more familiar with the Korean culture, food, and traditions. I also had the opportunity to take part in their school trip to Taiwan which wasn't mandatory. I had to cover the expenses myself, but it was still a very memorable and exciting experience. I had done school trips before, but this one was definitely the best! But if you're searching for a really authentic school experience to see what the every day life of a normal Korean high school student is really like, I wouldn't recommend it, because it was a cultural arts high school, a private school which is a bit different to a normal High School.
My Korean has also significantly improved. In the beginning, since I had not had the opportunity to speak Korean, I wasn't confident in my speaking skills at all even though I knew basic grammar and vocabulary already, but as the program ended, I noticed how I was much more confident in speaking, I was able to understand, and my speaking improved significantly, because I was also able to make new friends and practice my Korean with them and I also took korean classes which were fully included in the price.
I want to come back to Korea soon, and I will definitely try it with Nacel. I liked how everything was organized.
