- Type of course: General French, 15 or 20 hours/week. The course level is available from A0 (complete beginner) to C2 (proficient user).
On request: possibilities to take exam preparation, French Culture and Civilisation, Oral Communication, Grammar and Writing course, private classes, Business French, French for Law, Exam Preparation courses for ABITUR, Exam Preparation courses for A-Level, Exam preparation courses for Leaving Certificate, One-to-One Manager program, One-to-One Executive program. - Afternoon workshops (extra cost):
- Monday: Speaking / Oral Communication or French Culture and Civilisation
- Tuesday: Writing and Grammar
- Wednesday: Writing and Grammar
- Thursday: Writing and Grammar
- Friday: Speaking / Oral Communication or French Culture and Civilisation
- Course content: Vocabulary, communicative French, writing skills, listening skills, grammar
- Course duration: 60 minutes.
- Course material: On arrival, students receive a folder containing information about the French school in Paris. Pedagogical material given by the school is included in the tuition fees.
- Test on arrival: yes, as well as on departure on request: "End of Course Teaching Assessment” (50 EUR).
Note that you may also take a French Diploma. DELF and DALF preparation classes may be attended at the French School in Paris. The exam fee is 50 EUR.

It's you who chooses the length of the program and the dates when you would like to travel. But, please note that:
- Arrival date: Sunday
- Departure date: Saturday
- French language courses in Paris: From Monday to Friday
- Absolute beginner start dates: January 9th, February 6th, March 6th, April 3rd, May 9th, June 5th, July 3rd, July 17th, August 7th, September 4th, October 2nd, November 6th 2023.
No classes on the following holidays: April 10, May 1, May 18, May 29, July 14, August 15, November 1

What would be the best moment to register?
Any time during the year but at least 4-6 weeks before the starting date. You can start any Monday you wish (apart from absolute beginners, who have fixed dates). We still recommend booking as early as possible for the high season in order to provide you with the accommodation of your choice.
Would it be possible to share accommodation with my partner or friend?
Yes, this is possible in the student residence, in the aparthotel and in a hotel, and on request in a host family.

Please note that students attending the language school in Paris organize their own social activities. The school does not offer an official excursion or activity program. You can book excursions with recommended partners once you are in Paris.

Join the French School in Paris using an international train to Paris or fly to Charles de Gaulle, Orly or Beauvais airports.
How do I get to my accommodation in Paris?
By Taxi, bus or subway.
Transfer possibilities: from Paris Charles de Gaulle (from 210 EUR, return transfer: 290 EUR); from Paris train station (from 180 EUR, return transfer: 230 EUR). A driver will wait for you at the airport or the train station and will drop you off at your host family's home.

Complete Beginners: Minimum 2 weeks of intensive course are compulsory + specific dates of start of courses
Insurance: You must have both health and personal liability insurance before your arrival in France. Please ensure that you have these documents in your possession to prove that you are insured. Health insurance permits eventual medical fees to be taken charge of. Personal Liability insurance covers any eventual compensation to the family or school in the event that you cause damage to the accommodation of family possessions. If you are not covered by an insurance, you might be asked to pay for the damages. Nacel International offer insurance packages, please inquire after the possibilities.
How do I get a Visa? We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the language school will provide you with all the documentation you need to support your successful visa application.
