Our Italian homestay immersion in Italy offers students the opportunity to experience the Italian way of life, and allow them to discover the typical life of a young Italian teenager, by living with an Italian host family during the summer. The program lasts from 4 to 6 weeks. During the Italian homestay immersion in Italy, students will be welcomed by their Italian host families as if they were a new member. During the summer homestay immersion in Italy, accommodation is provided by an Italian host family, with full board.
The volunteer family hosts the student on a full board basis. We will place the student with a carefully selected Italian family or families, for the duration of the program. Host families are interviewed at home, to insure that they have the capacity and economic resources to properly host a teenage exchange student. Host families come from varied social and economic backgrounds, and live in a variety of locations (in a big town, in a small city, in a village or on a farm...). Wherever the student’s host family lives, there are wonderful things to discover and absorb.
