English courses in Dublin

The school offers general English courses:

  • There are two course intensities to choose from: 20 or 30 45-minute classes per week
  • Monday through Friday, morning or afternoon
  • Levels: beginner to advanced
  • Classes of up to 15 students of different nationalities
  • Level test on arrival for group allocation.

Classes cover all the basic aspects of the language:

  • Written and oral comprehension
  • Written and oral expression
  • Grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

This program teaches you to use English in everyday situations.

The school also offers "English in the City" courses.

  • Available between 12/06 and 08/09 - Duration from 1 to 4 weeks.
  • Minimum level required: intermediate.
  • Classes of maximum 15 students of different nationalities.
  • 30 lessons of 45 minutes per week including 20 lessons of general English and 10 lessons of English focused on the city of Dublin. These lessons will take place once or twice a week outside the classroom, in the city.

It's you who chooses the length of the program and the dates when you would like to travel. But, please note that: 

  • Arrival date: Sunday
  • Departure date: Saturday
  • English courses: From Monday to Friday
  • No classes on public holidays.
    Holidays: 31/10, 26/12/2022, 02/01; 06/02; 17/03; 10/04; 01/05; 05/06; 07/08; 30/10, 25 and 26/12/2023.

The school offers an optional program of free or paid activities (registration on-site). Examples of leisure activities:

Host family (16+): Accommodation is on a half-board basis, in single rooms with shared bathroom facilities. The families are located within a 1 hour to 1 hour 15-minute radius of the school by public transportation. Students of different nationalities can be accommodated in the same family.

Residence From 18 years old, in a single room with pria vate bathroom, without meals. The residence is located within a 30 30-minutelk or 20 minute bus ride from the school and has

    Complete Beginners: Minimum 2 weeks of an intensive course are compulsory + specific dates of start of courses

    Insurance: You must have both health and personal liability insurance before your arrival in France. Please ensure that you have these documents in your possession to prove that you are insured. Health insurance permits eventual medical fees to be taken charge of. Personal Liability insurance covers any eventual compensation to the family or school in the event that you cause damage to the accommodation of family possessions. If you are not covered by insurance, you might be asked to pay for the damages. Nacel International offers insurance packages, please inquire about the possibilities.

    How do I get a Visa? We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the language school will provide you with all the documentation you need to support your successful visa application.
