Accommodation

Host family (18+)

Stay with a local host and practice Spanish daily, an excellent choice for a Spanish immersion experience in Madrid. Accommodation is usually located up to 30 minutes from the school on foot or by public transport. Room options may include single rooms, or shared/double rooms for two students travelling together (subject to availability). Half board (breakfast + dinner) is commonly offered, and other meal options may be available depending on the placement. Wi-Fi is typically available.

Student residence (18+)
A great option if you want a more independent lifestyle while studying at a Spanish language school in Madrid. Residences are generally located around 10–15 minutes from the school and offer a student-friendly environment. Rooms may be single or shared, and bathrooms may be shared depending on the option chosen. Meal plans vary by residence option (for example, self-catering or meal plans). Wi-Fi is typically available.

  • Complete Beginners: Minimum 2 weeks of the intensive course are compulsory + specific dates of start of courses
  • Insurance: You must have health insurance before your arrival in Spain. Please ensure that you have these documents in your possession to prove that you are insured. Health insurance permits eventual medical fees to be taken charge of. 
  • How do I get a Visa? Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the length of your stay. Some students may study without a visa for short stays, while others may need to apply for a student visa in advance.
