Learn English in Sydney! The language school was founded in 1985 and is located in the Bondi Junction area, one of the most popular and attractive areas in Sydney. The English school itself, is 10 minutes away from the Sydney Opera House. The students will have access to several shops, coffees and restaurants. Facilities: 30 spacious classrooms, 2 leisure rooms with Table Tennis material and snacks vending machines, 3 Computer rooms with Internet access and WiFi, a Library equipped with a TV and DVD player.

COURSE Type of course: General English, 20 courses per week
On Wednesdays, options will be offered to students (from intermediate to advanced only) like Study in Australia, Converation, Writing preparation. Options are chosen on location. Course content: General English language with a focus on speaking, writing, reading and listening skills. Class duration: 60 minutes Test on arrival: yes Number of students per class: 15, from different nationalities.
The teachers are all highly qualified and experienced and take part in an ongoing professional development program. They are native English speakers. Accreditation: NEAS accredited, registered CRICOS Provider (CRICOS Code 00051M) and member of English Australia.
The school offers to students a calendar of activities and optional visits: observe the whales, excursion to Central Coast, climbing etc.
- Homestay: Host family, half-board, single room. Families are located 30 to 45 minutes away from the school by public transportation.
- Residence (from 18 years old): Double room, with breakfast and shared bathrooms. The residence is located 5-10 minutes away from the school and 10-15 minutes from the beach. Wifi available. Single room supplement: 85 euros/week.

Beginning of classes: Each Monday but a new session starts every 4 weeks. Please note that there is no General English classes the first day of each session. New students have to pass a test and they participate to an information meeting. For other students, the school offer grammar and conversation classes. All the facilities of the school are available for students.
It is better to start the program on the following dates: 02 and 29/01, 26/02, 26/03, 23/04, 21/05, 18/06, 16/07, 13/08, 10/09, 08/10, 05/11, 03/12.

The school is open from 02/01 to 21/12.
Many airlines have regular flights to Sydney’s airport.
Taxi: If you go to Sydney city, you can expect to pay 50 AUD approximate return fares from Sydney Airport, and the same fee for the return.
Public Route Bus: Sydney Buses has a timetables service between Bondi Junction and Burwood which includes the T1 International and T3 Domestic Terminals in the route. Clearly marked bus stops are located on the arrivals level of each of these terminals. Information about fares, timetables and connections to other parts of Sydney is available at www.sydneybuses.info. Transfer possibilities: Airport pick-up and transfer can be organized at an additional cost (120 EUR one way)

Age: 16+ Minimum language level: Beginner Visa: Part-time courses are not available for Student Visa holders. Tourist Visa holders can study for a maximum of 12 weeks. Working Holiday visa holders can study for a maximum of 17 weeks.
Please ask to the Australian Embassy in your country of origin which type of visa you will need. For stay longer than 3 months, a visa is definitively needed as well as an insurance called OSHC (25 euros/month).
