GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Our Chinese school is located in the right city center of Beijing, close to the Embassy area.
Date of creation: 1985
Facilities: 8 bright classrooms; class break in the downstairs relaxation area; the balconies overlooking the central; courtyard garden; up-to-date facilities and Internet access.
Students nationalities: In general, 30% of the students come from North America, 30% come from West Europe, the rest come from other parts of the world.  

HIGHLIGHTS
Our Chinese school is located in the city center of Beijing, close to the Embassies’ area, on the 3rd floor of a new building. The school offers a computer room with Internet access and a leisure room where students can drink Chinese tea! 

COURSE
Type of course: Mandarin Chinese, 20, 25 (from which 5 one-to-one course) or 30 classes.
Course level: From beginner to advanced
Course content: The fundamental aspects of the language are studied. The courses are particularly oriented on communication so as to help students to improve their comprehension and oral expression skills.
Exam preparation: HSK exam
Class duration: 50 minutes

ACADEMIC STAFF
Our Chinese school has over 100 teachers. All of the teachers are professionally trained, each one has a university degree, and some also hold a masters degree and a certificate to teach Chinese as a foreign language. Strong professional skills together with a warm and caring attitude is required for its teachers.
Accreditation: the school is member of ALTO, FYTO and IALC.  

LOCATION

Beijing received 3.1 million people/times of overseas tourists in 2002, which brought to the city a total of tourist revenue of 3.1 billion U.S. dollars.  Beijing was regarded by the national tourist authority as one of the most attractive tourist destinations in China.

The school offers to students a calendar of activities and optional visits.
Our language school in Beijing is dedicated to take the students out of the classroom to participate in excursions and cultural activities (Various visits thought Beijing; Chinese Martial Arts: Tai Qi and Kung Fu; Chinese Calligraphy; Culture and History Workshops…).
Students are responsible for any fees related to these optional activities.

Bus ticket = €0.10 (RMB 1)

Dinner at a Chinese restaurant for 4 people = €1.40 each ( RMB 15).

ACCOMMODATION :

Shared flat: single room; shared bathroom and kitchen. The flats are located within 20 minutes from the school by public transport.
Host Family: (only for students with an intermediary Chinese level): single room, half board (breakfast and evening meal). The families live within 40 minutes from the school. 

ELIGIBILITY :

ELIGIBILITY: 16+
Minimum language level: beginner

VISA 
Students should apply for an L Visa (tourist visa) with their flight tickets before students enter in China. This visa is normally valid for 30 to 90 days. Please note that the school will help students to find a qualified visa agent in China to extend their visa if necessary.
