This French course for teens in France combines 15 hours of French lessons per week with supervised activities, excursions and accommodation on the French Riviera. Available in spring and fall, the program welcomes teenagers aged 12 to 17, from complete beginners to advanced French learners.
Students can enjoy the Côte d’Azur outside the busy summer season, with mild spring and fall weather that becomes especially warm in May, June and September. Learn French in small international classes, then discover the region through cultural activities and excursions.
What is the French course like?
Outside class, students take part in an organized program of activities and excursions and meet other young people from different countries. Depending on their age and chosen accommodation option, students stay in a supervised residence or with a local host family.

Supervision
From the arrival at the airport in Nice, the camp leaders are there for the students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A free shuttle bus service connects the campuses to the town center or beaches.
- 12 years old students are not authorized to go out unaccompanied.
- 13 - 15 years old: ALL students have AUTOMATIC permission to go out unaccompanied until7.30 pm maximum. NO AUTHORIZATION to go out unaccompanied after 7.30 pm.
- 16 - 17 years old: ALL students have AUTOMATIC permission to leave the school unaccompanieduntil 7.30pm maximum. FOR THE EVENING, the parents can choose to give evening permission as below:
- Option 1: NO evening permission unaccompanied from 7:30 pm
- Option 2: EVENING PERMISSION as below:Monday - Thursday till 10:00 pm - Fridays, Saturdays, and days prior to a bank holiday till midnight - Sundays till 7.30 pm
Language level
This Teen Travel Abroad in France is suitable for beginners to advanced students. Teachers make the lessons fun and attractive for teenagers to help them improve their spoken French, while also encouraging them to apply the French grammar rules. They use stimulating activities to make sure everybody stays engaged and maximize their learning curve.
Standard course
- 20 lessons of 45 minutes per week
- From Monday to Friday From 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (15-20 min. break)

Intensive course
It is possible to add a supplemental intensive course of 2 afternoons a week (1:45 - 4 PM). This intensive course complements the morning classes and focuses on their spoken language skills in small groups of a maximum of 8 students.
* except on the first Monday of their stay which is dedicated to the placement test
What activities and excursions are included?
Typical excursions and activities may include:
- 1 half-day excursion to Nice or Cannes
- 1 full-day weekend excursion, such as Monaco, a treetop adventure course, or Grasse and the Fragonard Museum
- 2 half-day activities per week, such as sailing, trampoline park, Zumba or an escape game
- Evening activities may include a beach party, barbecue, games and other organized group activities.
Students aged 13 and over have free time after scheduled activities and excursions. The full-day weekend excursion takes place on either Saturday or Sunday, and students aged 13+ have the other weekend day free.

What are the student residences like?
Students stay in shared rooms for 2 to 4 students in one of the program residences, located approximately 10 minutes on foot from the beach and town center.

Residential accommodation includes:

Is host family accommodation available?
Yes. Students aged 13 and over can request host family accommodation during the spring and fall program.
Host families live within approximately 20 minutes of the school by foot or public transportation and welcome international students throughout the year.
This option may suit students who would like to experience more of everyday life in France, including local routines and additional opportunities to use French outside class.
The 2027 spring and fall program is available from March 7 to June 26 and from August 22 to October 30. Students can start on any Sunday within these periods and must stay for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Of course! The transfer fees are included on the weekends to/from the Nice Airport and Antibes Railway Station. Weekday transfers are available with an extra cost.
Disposable bed linens are provided and changed weekly. Towels are not included, so students must bring their own.
