Your adventure begins with a flight from Australia (Sydney, Canberra, or Melbourne, for example) to Italy.
Your Italian host family warmly welcomes you into their home, introduces you to their way of life, shares delicious Italian recipes, and gives you an authentic Italian teenage experience. You attend academic classes at the local liceo with your Italian host sister or brother, and use this opportunity to practice your Italian with your peers.

As an exchange student in Italy, you will participate in the daily and extra activities of your host family, as a new member of the family. Note: some host families may go skiing or visit relatives during the Christmas holidays! You will join as well!
