LOCATION OF THE SUMMER CAMP IN THE USA
The English + Tennis summer camp in the USA is organized in New Orleans.
The camp is located in Hammond, 35 min away from New Orleans, in a tennis club located on the Southern Louisiana University. The tennis centre offers 6 courts, a swimming pool, shops etc. Accommodation is organized in local host families, who are member of the tennis club.
THIS TENNIS SPORTS SUMMER CAMPS IN THE USA AIM TO:
-Make teenagers discover and like sports
-Contribute to the harmonious development of teenagers
-Allow teenagers to practise various activities with all security
-Lead them to an improvement in the sport practice, or English studies or the group integration

MISCELLANEOUS
For each of these Tennis summer camps in the USA, sport practices are lead by qualified monitors (who guide “campers” all day and night long).
Participants of the Tennis summer camps in the USA are mainly French but they also speak English.
ENGLISH COURSES DURING THE TENNIS SUMMER CAMPS IN THE USA
Students will attend English lessons on mornings and practice Tennis the rest of the day. English lessons are given by teachers specialized in teaching English as a foreign language. Students attend 10 hours per week (2 hours daily from Monday to Friday) in small groups of 10 to 12 students. Groups are set according to the English level (test on arrival) and the age of the participants.
Our qualified American teachers are native English speakers.
ACTIVITIES DURING THE TENNIS SPORTS SUMMER CAMPS IN THE USA
Tennis will be practiced 4 hours a day: technical training, technical analysis, physical training, matches and video analysis. Sports activities are organized with an American instructor, helped by our French instructor.
The camp includes visits of : New Orleans, an alligators’ breeding, a shopping mall, Louisiana State University, an aquarium and an aquatic centre.

ELIGIBILITY :
2 years of English studies are required to participate in this camp.
