GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Situated on the coast and just in front of the Brickell Island, our English school is idyllically situated for those who enjoy the sun and the beach!

HIGHLIGHTS
Learn English in Miami! If you are looking for a place to learn English, this language school is the place for you! The staff is very friendly and classes are never boring! The location is great and the atmosphere is ideal to learn English, to meet different cultures and to practice sports. You will surely appreciate the quality of the teaching by experienced teachers as well as all the facilities offered by the school: swimming pools, gym centre, lunchroom... The only drawback of the English school, for native Spanish-speakers, is the bilingualism of the city, as most of the inhabitants speak Spanish fluently and on a daily-basis. However, for those who desire to study both languages, this school is an excellent choice! You can add Spanish courses to your program if you want!

COURSES
Type of course: General English or TOEFL preparation
Number of classes: 20 courses a week.
Class duration: 50 min
Course content: grammar basics, listening and speaking, reading, writing and basics in pronunciation.
TOEFL preparation: intermediate level required; mini-group courses + individual work (15 or 20+15 courses per week)

Course level: from beginner to advanced
Number of students /class: 15 students maximum of different nationalities
Course material: not included (between 50 and 100 USD)
A certificate is given at the end of the course.

ACADEMIC STAFF
Teachers are mature with years of teaching experience and/or experience working with international students. Teacher’s qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and fully TESOL/ESL certified.

Biscayne Boulevard is a prime spot for shopping; it features the Bayside Marketplace - a shopping experience the Tropical style of South Florida. Shopping is also excellent at the CocoWalk shopping and entertainment complex.

World-famous South Beach, located on the southernmost part of Miami Beach, attracts a colourful mix of visitors to its Art Deco environment. Celebrities, artists, and international supermodels all frequent the trendy boutiques, restaurants and art galleries that make up South Beach. Miami offers a grand array of activities geared toward enjoyment. Visitors can take on such activities as deep sea fishing, snorkelling, golf and scuba diving. Of course, the beaches always allow for sun relaxation while you overlook the beautiful Miami scenery. Enjoy our English school in Miami!

Learn English and have fun in Miami! Extracurricular activities and trip: city tour, snorkelling, beach Volleyball, Salsa & Merengue class, Movie night, International nights every Friday; dancing at south beach, kayaking, Art Deco …). Leisure activities are quite diversified and they stand for a real opportunity for students to speak English in effective situations. Students are responsible for any fees related to these optional activities.

ACCOMMODATION :

-Host Family: English and Spanish spoken; double room (single room with supplement); half board (breakfast and evening meal); 2 weeks minimum. Host families live within 40-90 minutes to the school by public transportation.
-Residence (on request, 18+, from 01/05 to 30/11): Is an integral part of the building where the school is located; double or triple room;  self catering, shared kitchen,  "weekly maid service";  4 weeks minimum. Deposit of 100 USD. Limited places.

ELIGIBILITY :

Minimun age: 16 years old and over.
Minimum language level: beginner
