DESCRIPTION :

This 2-week English courses in England program combines language courses in UK, homestay in England and activities in UK.

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OF 4 STUDENTS MINIMUM TRAVELING TOGETHER

During English courses in England, the student, accommodated by an English family, will have English lessons with a tutor - he/she will be part of a group of 4 or 5 (maximum) students, whose English level is almost the same- on mornings, and activities in the afternoon.

English tutors are carefully selected by our local organizers, and are chosen for their skills in teaching English as a foreign language, for their willingness and enthusiasm to share their home culture with young foreign people. During the English courses in England, each English tutor will conduct the program for the group he/she handles. Thus, students who «belong» to different English tutors may not have the same program.

During the weekdays (from Monday to Friday – except when there is a bank holiday) of the English courses in England program, the English tutor will stay all the day with the students he/she is responsible for. Generally speaking, mornings are devoted to English lessons at the English tutor’s home or very nearby, the afternoons will allow students to discover the area and the English culture through visits, excursions and activities, and use the skills they are learning. Full day excursions are also planned during the English courses in England.

English Homestay in UK, full board.
Every evening, and during the weekends of the English courses in England, the student will be hosted by an English host family who is interested in having contacts and making friends with a student from abroad. They welcome the student as part of their family.

ELIGIBILITY :

A basic knowledge (one year study) of English is required to be able to participate in this English language course in England.

8 weeks before arrival. Late application may be accepted.
