Is Nacel accredited by any professional association or governmental body?
Nacel is member of UNOSEL (French National Union of Organizers of Linguistic Stays and Language Schools), which has been founded in 1979. In the USA, Nacel is accredited by CSIET (Council on Standards for International Educational Travel) and in Spain by ASEPROCE (Asociación Española de Promotores de Cursos en el Extranjeros). Nacel entities are also member of other professional associations that guaranty the liability and quality of their programs. Present in more than 50 countries, on the 5 continents, Nacel International has over 50 years of combined experience in organizing educational student travel programs.
What is included in Nacel prices (insurance, flight, accommodation, etc...)?
Nacel price list clearly states what is included or not included in each program.
Please refer to the description of the program, especially the "Price includes" and "Price does not include" sections. Generally speaking, international airfare is never included, nor visa and passport fees. Accommodation, either in a host family, boarding school, shared flat or a student residence, is specific for each program. It may be included or not. In the same way transfers from the airport to the school or the accommodation may be included or not.
Do you offer something like an area guarantee or even a school guarantee? If so, what are the additional costs?
As soon as we receive an application, we do our best to provide the best school or family placement, but the placement location may depend on availability of schools and host families.
Do you guarantee country of choice?
Yes. However, you should check the age and language requirements to ensure you will qualify for your chosen country.
Do you offer an insurance package for the student?
Definitively yes. Nacel International delivers an excellent insurance coverage, including Medical, Assistance & Emergency Repatriation insurance, which gives the student quality protection.
Do I necessarily have to take your insurance package?
No, you can choose to take it or not. But we want our student to have the best protection by travelling abroad and we would advise you to secure your stay abroad.
How do you select your host families?
We believe that the success of a stay abroad largely depends on the quality of the host family. Our local coordinators carefully select and visit prospective host families.

Can Nacel help me to choose the program that corresponds to the student’s needs?
For sure! Please do not hesitate to contact us, indicating the language the student would like to learn or to improve, the way and the length he/she would like to do it etc...Nacel will propose the most suitable program!
What happens if the student has a problem during the stay or if his/her family wants to contact him/her in case of emergency?
The student will be helped by our Local Representative and our team in the Headquarters situated in France, which delivers a 24 hours emergency service, 365 days a year. The phone number of this service will be given to you before the student’s departure.
What happens if I want to cancel my stay?
