This is an intensive French language program (20 lessons per week) intended for students who need to deeply improve their French skills.

Guided visits in and around Lyon are organized daily, including during the weekend. Students are fully chaperoned to safely discover the main sightseeings of the area. The aim is to discover French culture and history through visits, excursions and activities.

An entry test is done on the first day and a certificate of studies is given to each student at the end of the course. Supervision level

A Nacel counselor is on-site and stays in the same hostel as the students. They are reachable 24/7 in case of emergency. The experienced Nacel counselor will take care of you and helps you if needed. After class, the Nacel takes you to the highlights of Lyon and stays with the group throughout the cultural visits.

Lyon Cultural Program

A Nacel guide and counselor will help the students with their everyday life in Lyon and with local guided visits and activities (included in the package, subject to changes):

Our summer French immersion course in Lyon includes accommodation in a residence in Lyon: Half board, Multi shared bedrooms.
The program includes half board and students are expected to pay for their own lunch. A Nacel counselor accompanies you to one of the numerous local snacks and restaurants located in the neighborhood.

French Summer Camps in France 2024

Due to the Olympic Games taking place in Paris during the summer 2024, our high school summer abroad program in France is moved to Lyon in August 2024. 

Price includes
