Step 1 : Choose your Program

Step 2 : Pre Apply Online

 


Once you have chosen your program, the next step is to pre-apply online. To do so, select the program you want and fill in the required fields. The last pre-application step will be the online secured payment of a deposit.

Step 3 : Get Accepted

 


After your pre-application has been received, we will send you documents to complete and return. On receipt of these documents, we will send you an acceptance letter and your complete invoice.

Step 4 : Prepare your trip abroad

 



Once accepted into the program, you will have to pay the remaining fees and review your travel details and the needed documents. Before departure, we will send you all necessary information for your trip.

a- Receive details for a specific program
If you want to receive the detailed program information sheet by email, please complete our online contact form.

b- Get Advice

c- Choose Your Program
If you have already decided the country/language/program in which you would like to participate, simply click on the chosen country, language or program. A list of our offers in that category will appear on your screen. You can also use our selection tool menu on the main page (see right column).

Please check the requirements, dates and costs involved for the program chosen. Please note that our prices are in Euros (EUR).
You can check the price in your currency using the “convert” tool.
 

 

Step 2 : Pre Apply Online

 


Once you have chosen your program, click on the “Book your program” button and fill in all necessary fields. The last pre-application step will be the online secured payment of a deposit.

a- About our Online Application
Our online application is easy to complete. You will find this application form on our main page but also by clicking on the button “Book your program” at the bottom of each program’s description page. The latest one is the easiest way to apply, since your program’s reference will be automatically chosen.

If you experience any difficulties, please call us at +1 (651) 315 7880 or send us a contact form, explaining your problem. We will contact you back as soon as possible.

Please check the application deadline for your program. If the deadline is already passed, please ask us what availability we have left for this program.

Our programs fill up quickly. We encourage interested students to apply as soon as possible.

b- Start an Online Application
Carefully complete the online application form by following all required steps. There is only one online page to fill in before you can submit your online application. The last step is an online secured payment of the deposit of 240 euros.
This deposit is required to confirm your program. This deposit will be credited to your total program fee. Please note that we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, but not American Express credits cards.

As soon as we get your online application, we will confirm receipt and send you the necessary application documents. This procedure can take from 24 hours to 4 days.
 

 

Step 3 : Getting Accepted

 


After you have submitted your Online Application, we will send your documents so that you can complete and return them to us. On receipt of these documents, we will send you an acceptance letter and your complete invoice.

 
a- Prepare your application documents
You will receive an email from us with application documents as an attachment. These documents are the general and specific application documents needed to confirm your acceptance in the program.
- General application form: this is part of our sales contract; we need to receive it via post mail, as we need your original signature on the document. Please fill it out properly and legibly to avoid any mistakes, then send it back to the following address as quickly as possible:

Please read our sales conditions for any specific details.
- Specific application forms: there may be some specific application documents required for the program you choose. Please fill them out properly.

Please add the necessary supporting documents if any (you will be informed of the documents required). Depending on the program you choose, the required documents may include:
-Student Profile
-Letter to the Host family
-Medical Form
-Parental Authorization Form
-Curriculum Vitae and Letter of Intent
-Grades and school reports
-Pictures of the student and of his/her family
-Copies of Diplomas etc.
Send your application documents either via postal mail (same address as above) or via email. If a document has to be sent by postal mail, we will inform you.

b- Acceptance or refusal to the program
We will review your application documents, check availability and eligibility. We will then confirm your acceptance into the program. You will receive an official acceptance letter as well as an invoice from Nacel. Your application form, our acceptance letter and the invoice are part of our contract with you. You will receive our enrolment decision as quickly as possible after receipt of your complete application.
 

 

Step 4 : Prepare Your Trip

 


Once accepted into the program, you will pay the remaining fees and take care of your travel details and documents with our help.

a- Remaining fees: schedule, payment options and late application
The remaining fees must be paid at least 6 weeks before departure. The payment deadline for the remaining fees will be indicated on your invoice. We will also draw your attention to the payment deadline when it approaches.

You have different payment options:
- Credit card: we can withdraw the remaining fees from the credit card used for the deposit payment; in that case, we advise you to write your credit card details down on your application form, email it to us in a separate email or call us to communicate us this information orally. The withdrawal will be made manually on a credit card terminal located in France.
- Wire transfer: you will find on the invoice our bank details; you can ask your bank to make a wire transfer on this account, in the Euro currency only.

For students applying less than 6 weeks before departure, payment of the total program fees is required as soon as we confirm acceptance.

b- Cancellation policy and deposit
Please check our cancellation policy when applying to your program Generally speaking, when the cancellation is confirmed more than 45 days prior to the beginning of the stay, cancellation fees are 200 €. Between 45 days and 8 days prior to the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total cost of the stay is required. Less than 8 days prior to the beginning of the stay, 100 % of the cost of the stay is non refundable. No refund will be provided for a participant who begins a program and then decides to shorten it. Application fees (40 euros) are non refundable.

Please note that some programs require a higher non-refundable deposit as well as specific cancellation fees. These specific sales conditions are indicated on the program information sheet, available on request.

c- Travel Information and Visa documents
Travel details
You will be required to send us your travel details via email; we will need:
* Departure airport or train station
* Arrival airport or train station
* Flight or train number
* Departure date and hour
* Arrival date and hour
* Terminal if any, in case of airport arrival
* Connecting flights or train information during the journey

Please do not book any flight or train tickets before we advise you to do so (confirmed arrival and departure dates, arrival and departure airport or train station) in order to avoid any cancellation or change costs of your travel tickets.

Travel documents
Please check if you need a particular visa to travel abroad and to enter your destination country. Note that there can be long delays to get the necessary visa (from 48 hours to 2 months). Get in touch with the necessary Embassy as soon as possible.
If you are under 18, you may also need to get a Travel Authorization from your parents.
Please note that you will probably need a valid passport to travel. There are also administrative delays and costs involved in issuing a passport.

d- Last information before departure and insurance
Accommodation Information
From one to ten days prior to arrival, the host family/shared flat/student residence information will be sent to the participant. However, in case of late booking (less than 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the session), or cancellation of a host family, this deadline cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance
Please check that you travel with valid travel insurance to cover at least your medical costs abroad. Nacel International can also provide you with Medical Cost and Emergency Repatriation Insurance. Please ask us for information.
You will receive a “last message before departure” email, in which you will find a summary of the necessary information regarding your trip.
