Our summer homestay immersion in Spain offers international high school students the opportunity to experience the Spanish way of life and allows them to discover the typical life of Spanish teenagers. Wherever the student’s host family lives, there are wonderful things to discover and absorb. This is a cultural program, not a touristic program: be fully immersed in a new culture!
Students should be prepared to participate, adapt to family life, and help with daily chores. The more the student tries to learn new customs and habits, the more enriching the experience of the language stay in Spain will be. The student must be open-minded, mature, and curious. They will make new friends, become familiar with the Spanish culture, and make progress in learning the language.
Most families live in small towns or in the countryside. There is no placement in big cities. This enriching immersion program also promotes cross-cultural friendship and understanding. This language stay in Spain is an excellent opportunity to learn another language and discover another culture. Improved language skills come from constant immersion in family as well as among loved ones and friends.
You may also do a Spanish school and family immersion in Spain during the school year: you will live with a Spanish host family and go to a local Spanish high school. You can start this program in September or in January.

Thanks to personalized one-on-one Spanish lessons, your teacher will teach you the Spanish language at your rhythm!
The teacher can adapt his lessons to your Spanish level and needs, making the one-to-one Spanish classes at the teacher's home a very efficient way to improve language skills. You will also discover the Spanish culture from the inside while you share the daily life of your host family. The teacher may also arrange touristic visits as well as cultural activities when you will further learn and practice what you have learned in your Spanish lessons.
