Discover the Southern USA! DESCRIPTION :
ITINERARY:
Day 1 = Arrival at New York.
Day 2 = New York. Visit of Manhattan, Empire State Building. Travel to Washington.
Day 3 = Washington. Visit of the town and of the Smithsonian museums.
Day 4 = Route to the South through Virginia, along the Blue Ridge Mountains, stop in Tennessee.
Day 5 = Route through the Appalachians and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Day 6 = Route through Alabama.
Day 7 = Arrival in New Orleans.
Day 8 = Visit of New Orleans and ship travel in the Bayous of Mississippi.
Day 9 = Trip to Texas, stop in Houston.
Day 10 and 11 = Short travel to San Antonio. Visit of the town and surroundings.
Day 12 = Travel to Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Day 13 = Travel to Santa Fe.
Day 14 = Monument Valley and Navajos Reservation.
Day 15 = Free day and bath in the Lake Powell, camp site in the Pariah Canyon.
Day 16 = Trekking in the Bryce Canyon.
Day 17 = Discovery of the Grand Canyon.
Day 18 = Route to Las Vegas.
Day 19 = Discover of Las Vegas.
Day 20 = Trip to Los Angeles through the Mojave Desert.
Day 21 = Los Angeles: Universal Studios.
Day 22 = Los Angeles, visit of the town, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, beaches.
Day 23 = Time to say good bye to the city of Angels!
ACCOMMODATION :
The accommodation is organized in camping sites, with some nights in hotels. The camp material is provided; students have just got to bring their sleeping bag. Meals are prepared together with the chaperone and are not included in the price. A kitty is set to collect money to buy the food.

ELIGIBILITY :
This program is only opened to closed groups. The group can choose the dates and the length of the stay, as well as some components of the itinerary.
DEADLINE :
The quotation’s request should be asked a minimum of 4 months before the planned arrival date. When confirming a group, we need to know what the requested itinerary is (considering that we may adjust the program depending on availability, on daily requirements), the approximate size of the group and age of the participants. The latter information is necessary to provide the group with the correct information.
